This repair was an absolute joke originally told 5-10 business days and four weeks later they tell me they are googling how to replace the top glass in my car and that would hopefully be done soon, absolutely no communication from there service writer or any one there with any updates as a service writer my self I can't comprehend how these people still have their jobs

Customer service???,,,, lets say the ‘front desk receptionist’ was great to deal with,,, but what happened after her was very disappointing…the estimator gal was good to start,,, the estimate was dun immediately, like no appointment needed, lets do this, yes. From there it went down hill,, no call backs, went home early, not feeling well, still out to lunch, didnt return calls
