Due to an automated error of a text notification that my vehicle was ready before I could pick it up, the customer representative was willing to; contact my insurance company and arrange extra days for a rental, drop me off at an appointment, and drive a long distance to pick up a necessary part to complete the work that day. I would say that went above and beyond.

There was no communication during the repair process and now that is is done. The grill is not the original correct color. There is a power steering or oil leak. There is a piece of metal in my rim. It was not aligned. My windshield is now cracked. The pain job has a horrible orange peel to it. My license plate bracket was not replaced and my license plate was not returned to me.

Overall, the current quality of my repairs is horrible. There is an oil leak when there has never been one before. My “new” grill is not the correct one fore the car. While supposedly they fixed the tire that my vehicle was hit in it still sits 1/4 in further back than it is supposed to be. I now have a “service break assist” alert. The pain is horribly orange peeled. Other than the entire car is put back together the repairs done to my card were done with no pride in their work and tried to be passed off as though the car was the same as before the accident when it is no where comparable to how it used to be. I no longer have a front license plate mounting bracket and my license plate that was on the vehicle when I dropped it off is gone. There is still a large piece of metal in my rim.

You guys suck. When the person put in the estimate for my mirror, he put in the wrong mirror and when I told him that can’t be the right one, he said it will look at the vin and correct it. I believe it did not get corrected and when that mirror arrived weeks later, it was the wrong one. You guys said they sent the wrong one. Which maybe is true. When you guys tried to put the wrong one in, it blew a fuse on the whole left side of my car, to where no turn signals would work nor my brake lights. Cost me $80 to get that fixed. I am still awaiting reimbursement From you guys for that. No one would EVER GIVE ME A CALL on the updates. I was the one calling you guys. After another month I was told that my mirror was discontinued and they could not find one. I had to buy the mirror and hand deliver it to you guys for it to be fixed. I was told I would receive a call when the mirror I brought would be painted and ready to install. Once again 8 days later I’m the one calling to see if it got painted yet…… Very disappointed in the whole experience
