There is still a few things for them to do like putting a clear bra on, emblems on the back end and they need to check a a small paint area by the driver front wheel. I think the car looks really nice with all the hail dents gone and all the work they have done.

They scratched the fender flare during repair which means I had to have them order that part and am waiting on that repair. Also they did not test the new tonneau cover after install. It's a trifold cover and only the first section opens. I'm waiting on that repair also. Attention to detail before returning the vehicle to me was definitely lacking. Hopefully these final repairs are completed soon!

At some point during the repair they scratched up the driver's side fender flare. They also did not test the trifold tonneau cover. When the vehicle was returned to me they just handed it over. I noticed the scratches on the fender and immediately called them back out to show them and insist that a new part be ordered. I then found the tonneau cover did not open later that same day. I took the truck back and showed them that it could not be opened. At this point I'm waiting on a new fender flare and they said they would "look at" the tonneau cover when I come back to have the fender repaired. Those were the major things. Minor things we a basic lack of attention to detail such as not making sure the tape residue was removed, tossing their used gloves in the back of the truck, leaving tape supplies in the truck, etc.
