Regarding my Honda Accord - when I 1st received my car I noticed it wasn’t detailed clean like my SUV. I noticed a couple areas of concerned and was told I would get a call back. I didn’t get that call and had to follow up. I then took it back because the hood mad paint damage that want there when I took it in. It was covered with blobs of paint. A couple days later I noticed the all weather mats were gone and had to stop by and get them. Today I went to the car car and noticed that water got into my car. I have two totally different experiences at the same shop. Very disappointed with the repair work and have to take it back in to get it looked at again.
