I am one of those hating the hassle of "life happens." I was stressed out about my car scratched by our apartment gate slamming on it. From reporting it to the apartment manager then back and forth emails from the corporate and to the insurance company. - I'm so tired of it. When the insurance company suggested Carstar, I checked their reviews and rating looked suspiciously very good, so I just said, whatever, I'll just have it estimated and see what happens. It took me a while to decide to have it fixed from the incident on January, I just had it done today in August cuz "life happens." Good thing I decided to have it done at Carstar! From the lady who helped me set up appointment and estimate at their old location, to the new staff Angela and John at the new location. They have excellent customer service! They quoted a good price to fix an unrelated scratch to the accident. The staff who repaired my car, did a very good job like nothing happened. Got the car after 2 days, as promised. I was surprised that the car was spotless, washed very clean, even on the inside, they vacuumed and wiped everything down. Almost detailed! Kinda embarrassed that it was so dirty when I dropped it off. Lol I recommend carstar for whoever need it's excellent and hassle free services! Now, I'm back to stressing out emailing my apartment to pay me for the rest of the costs. Ugh. Lol

Angela and John were amazing . Angela made the beginning process extremely easy and clear , John followed up with me with the whole process . Only additional comment I have was for a noise that occurred once I picked up my car , but John corrected it within a few hours. Would have given a 10 but the part they told that could have been a wheel bearing issue was really just a loose bolt, I think could have been fixed on the spot .
