You all did a fabulous job with my car! I do appreciate it. I had 2 very minor frustrations- one was that it was hard for me to plan my day well on pick up day- I was texted morning- so rearranged my day- and then found out it was not going to be ready until early afternoon. The second frustration was to pick up my car with only 25% charge- would have loved it if you had plugged it in and that I had at least 50% charge- I brought it in with 75%…

I would recommend CarStar , and would use them again myself. I understand that the whole shop moved 2 days before my service, and that they were still settling in and unpacking.

I brought my RAV 4 car to CarStar on a Monday, 1/26/2026, to fix its damage and I talked to Bernadette. She promised that the best scenario would be done by Tuesday, 1/26/2026 and worst was Wednesday, 1/27/2026. I was so amazed that Tuesday afternoon my car was ready for pickup. They did a very professional repair on my car, which appears as is, like the way I bought it one year ago. I certainly recommend CarStar for a stunning FIVE STARS (5) FOR THE JOB WELL DONE!!
