Carstar was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent. They never missed a detail and were always proactive in addressing and updating me on any issues. When working on my car, they handled the requested repairs professionally and even took care of additional items that I had not asked for. While the repairs are very well done, no one would give me an estimate on how long the repairs would take. I was told two weeks, and that eventually turned into 7 weeks. I understand that things need to be ordered and can take longer than expected, but I would’ve really appreciate transparency in that regard.
