I can't say enough about what a great experience I had at Car Star! Sam is so nice, knowledgeable & him & his crew did a perfect job on my car after I hit a large raccoon. Danielle at the front desk was super nice too & also very professional. I just can't believe what a great experience I had.

They also went above and beyond to locate and install a difficult part to find that makes my vehicle a pleasure to drive again. I highly recommend this body shop. The workmanship is top notch. The staff is great to work with. Great communication throughout the repair. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of choosing this shop for my vehicle repair. I have found my go to shop for any future repair needs.

Went above and beyond. I had an appt schedule for new brakes.....since they needed an extra day to finish up they brought the vehicle to the repair shop and picked it up to finish their work

Everything was good it's just I called the day the part was supposed to be put on and was told it was ready. When I got there, I was told the part still needed to be painted and it would be awhile. I just came back the next day, but I live 40 minutes from town so it was extra time spent that should not of been had I been told the part still needed to be painted when I called the first time.
