Unfortunately, I have had to use this collision shop three times in the last year, and each time the service has been amazing. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Hopefully, I won’t need collision repair again but if I do, this is where I’ll go.

Carstar Spanaway has been just wonderful in my recent need to repair my Prius Prime A tail light knocked loose in a backing accident was most recent trip to their shop. The initial estimate was more than I could affore so worked with the appraiser to come up with much more affordable solution. When picked up the car the tail light was working perfectly and has now survived a two week trip thru the Canadian Rockies. There was a even related to this that shows the fairness and customer service that needs to be mentioned. Whoever parked the car did not notice/realize that this particular car is NEVER parked over a curb or wheel stop as its low slung sports car heritage has minimal ground clearance. As I backed out I heard the rip of something being torn out. The wheel stop had snagged the plastic air dam and ripped it lose. The appraiser was contacted while I was still in the lot and he removed the damaged part and arranged to replace the part, no cost. As turns out I had to drive thru Seattle to Canada that weekend and suddenly discovered that the damage to air dam was much greater than realized. Scrapping noise on each bump (Seattle Roads really need repaving) and at any speed bump. Had to constantly stop and push air dam back into place. When stopped at shop on return they listened to my explanation, took a look and agreed to replace all the broken air dam structure, no cost. Not only that but did it in less than a week as I was heading to Alberta via Canadian Rockies to see my daughter/gradaughter. I could not have been more pleased that this shop did excellent work and took responsibility for the unexpected damage to the air dam. I have subsequently had the air dam over the right wheel replaced as it was becoming questionable (probably results of some challenging roads in Montana/Canada). Quality of work, responsibiliity, finishing on schedule and just overall confidence that this shop will do the job in a manner and morality that one really hopes to encounter. Highly recommend this shop, if cost is to much ask them for alternatives, they will work with you.

The repairs looked great and the truck was finished on schedule. Ren was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work that was needed on my truck. I have had work done on a couple of other vehicles there and have always been pleased with the finished job.
