Absolutely satisfied. It took a long time to fix but they took their time to insure it was all correctly done. The car runs smooth as silk now. It feels like it runs better than the original when bought off the lot. They have a great attitude and have had great patience with me. This was not an easy or simple job. The whole suspension was a redo. They took their time and I feel like the money has been well spent and worth the wait. They were always professional and conscientious in their jobs. From the top to the bottom of the employees to the top and the bottom of my car. I am thankful for these hard working people. Thank you very much. I will recommend you to all i can.

Hood was not OEM seems to be plastic or composite and flexes bad, it's also not aligned right, the gaps are not consistent

I didn’t understand why the rear bumper didn’t get replaced, but instead they only repair quarter of it of where the damage was. They replaced the back up sensors and it wasn’t even OEM and was not flush as the other side. Wife came to pick it up and they did not do a walk around or post repair with her. After I got home from work, I did my walk around and notice there’s a new scratch on the rear driver side panel and it’s about 4 ft long that has never been there before. I have pictures to prove that also. Since today is Friday October 2nd and they’re closed. I will be calling tomorrow morning and making a complaint to REN the shop manager. I am completely disappointed with this company!

The Manager Ren was awesome! I was so nervous taking my car in for repairs, I spoke to him prior to any repairs being done and he TOTALLY put my mind at ease! When it was time for me to pick it up my VW, he was just as helpful. IF I ever need repairs done again, I would not hesitate to bring it back to the shop that Ren is manager of. The gal at the front desk and the young lady that did my initial estimate were awesome as well! Kudos to the whole team!!

The manager/owner was very helpful when I noticed there was some wax or scratches on my car door. An employee took my car immediately back and buffed it out. They were very friendly, and I appreciate the frequent communication while they working on my car.
