How can I get my dome light sensor to work correctly?

My dome lights do not turn on when the doors are opened there is some sort of unsolved electrical issue after they replaced the door

Wish they acknowledged the car drop off the night before. I didnt know if they got the car and did intake OK just a text or call that the car was received and that they are then working on it would have been appreciated. I called to check and seemed like I kinda bothered them about it

I was not looking forward to the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle, but CarStar Hudson was AMAZING to work with. Kim was welcoming and incredibly helpful from day 1. Amazing. Kim was so supportive and responsive, reassuring and calm. The customer service could not have been better. I was there for 2 different accidents in 5 days that were not my fault so I was rattled! Kim made it all feel doable and guided me through the process with warmth and grace and understanding. My experience with Car Star made my awful experience that got me in there so much more manageable and less stressful.

The body work was good, but issues with my car not turning on and them saying it was a battery issue when my battery was just 4 months old. I then I needed to get a new battery in order for me to take my car home. Then I spoke with Christian and she was from Traveler ins. And she kept telling me lies after lies. Then I spoke with Jenny Hampton very nice and professional person and I think it was not responsibility to pay for a new battery when I took in my car perfectly fine and all that needed to be done was the body part of the car I really would appreciate if somebody from travelers end called me and explain to me why I needed to pay for the battery and at the same time just explain to me why they couldn’t cover the battery when the place where the car was was trying to actually get an arrangements with the agency in this person Christian Christine I don’t even know what her name is, but I do have her phone number her direct number and it’s 1*** *** **** just kept telling lies get the same like I wanted to take it on a new battery when she know that she didn’t get in touch with carstar she was just rude and didn’t want to take care of the issue so I couldn’t get my car back at 100% the same way I took it in
