Great job all around, they were able to fix my car quickly dealt with the rental car and insurance. If I ever need body work done again I will definitely use them again, I could not be more pleased with them.

Carstar was communicative and so helpful throughout our whole process. Communicating with insurance and understanding what’s happening with your car can sometimes feel overwhelming and even condescending, and our experience with Carstar was the polar opposite. We felt taken care of and they made the whole thing feel easy.

The repair shop was communicative and clear, and always prepared to answer any of my questions.

Most of the work was good however, when I picked it up there was a silver spot on my side step. Looks like it was hit too hard with a pressure washer or sprayed with some stripper that peeled some of the paint off. I was told it was like that when I brought it in and showed a picture of my truck when it came in. It had mud on the side step in the area they showed me and said it was there when I brought it in. The picture shows mud in the area not bare metal. At this point I did not want to argue further as it was going no where. My bow tie emblem in the front grill was replaced cracked And my inner wheel liner was de used with rips in it. My front passenger seat was also speckled with what appears to be polish or some other sort of white drops.
