She took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explain the repair process to me in a way that was easy to understand. Her calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease during a somewhat frustrating situation. The turnaround time for the repair was impressive, but what truly blew me away was the quality of the work. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new! The dent was completely gone, and the paint match was flawless. You would never know there was ever any damage there at all. It was like magic! Orig quote included replacing head lamp - upon receipt this was not replaced. CARSTAR indicated 1st quote was written to me - no insurance. This is false claim was already accepted. CARSTAR did not every supply any other quote

Great work. Great communication; called with updates or changes. Great people. And, my car got beautifully detailed inside as an extra perk. They made a potentially traumatic incident, easy to handle with their help with my insurance company, (Geico, also great btw!) and with the car rental.
