No I did not pick up my Dodge today. Three months in and it is not repaired. To my knowledge CarStar sent it somewhere else and doesn’t seem to know that. CarStar to my knowledge has not communicated with any of the parties involved for about two months other than the automatic texts which are laughable. This automated text service sounds and feels like AI.

Too much to type what a travesty this has been. Hard to comment on any repair done since I have not gotten my Truck back. The communication is a joke and almost entirely AI driven text based. The few times I got to talk a human wasn’t much better.

Seem like the shop damage some paint on panel near driver door and was not fixed prior to pickup. Now I have to take it back for this to get repair. I’m very dissatisfied with this.

The team took exceptional care of! This was my son's car and he was incredibly anxious about the entire situation. But the team at CarStar Arvada did their best to fix the car good as new and keep us in the loop. If I could give higher than 10, I would!

I enjoyed the time I first came in and was greeted by several friendly employees. They walked me through the whole experience, even when they knew it was my third visit with other cars. Communication was great, they text me on every move they made and made me feel respected of my time. When I got the last text to tell me my truck was finished, they greeted me with the same friendly attitude. I would recommend Carstar to anyone. Thank you!

Carstar is the best! I have used them three times without any issues. They greet you at the door and treat you with full respect. They walk you through every step and then asks if you have any questions. The work is great with a lifetime guarantee. So friendly and works with you every step of the way. Their communication is the best. I never have to call to see how my truck is doing, they text me daily to give me updates. When my truck was finished, they called me, text me, and even emailed me that it was done. The best part is I had a rental, and all I had to do is leave it there and they would take care of it. When I received my truck it was washed and detailed inside. Not a full detail, but one that would surprise anyone. So grateful. I would recommend Carstar to anyone. I am going to use them again, but not soon I pray.
