Disappointing communication on Deductible. I was not supposed to pay deductible and now have to get refund from insurance. Very annoying. Had it been stated a week prior when car was dropped off it would have been resolved.

Over the years, I have had to take one of my cars in for body repair work, due to an auto accident or vandalism. Each time, at least in the last 15 years, I have placed my vehicles into the very capable hands of Ideal Carstar Arvada, and have never regretted it. Everyone that I have been in contact with, whether Beth, Derek, or one of the other talented people who make an ugly car look like new, certainly place the emphasis of their job on their customers! Each time I needed work done, all your staff make us feel “special “, by promptly estimated the damage, working with us to get the most out of our insurance coverage , get our car fixed in record time, then get the vehicle back to the us ASAP! On behalf of my wife and I, thank you for your tender loving care of our RAV 4. It has been my wife’s pride and joy for many years; and now it looks like it !! I was very happy with the work performed on my Tesla Model LR. It looks and drives great! The work was completed early so that was nice. My only complaint was that there was no advance notice that it would be completed 4 days early. If I’d have known, I could’ve joined some friends on a camping trip. I’m really happy to have it back and looking so great.

Mostly great, but a couple of communication issues. First, the estimate wasn’t sent to either myself nor the insurance company which resulted in my rental car reservation being canceled. I had to spend an hour on the phone at the rental car office getting the reservation set back up. The second issue was that the day (15th) that I got my car back, I’d received an incorrect text saying that my car wouldn’t be ready until the 19th. While it was nice getting it back early, I had a planned camping trip that had I known that morning, I still could have made.

I would definitely recommend this car shop specifically the one in Arvada because of the staff there, I live 45 minutes away from the shop, but I have a feeling that I will return to this one specifically due to how nice and diligent they were

The vehicle was not inspected for quality assurance before I arrived. There are multiple issues that need to be addressed on the vehicle. I will now have to bring the vehicle back down and have it in the shop for several more days while these items are addressed. - the window was not removed from my vehicle when repairs were done like it was supposed to. The window was damaged and now needs to be replaced. It will require tinting on the window as well. The side view mirror was not plugged in or is not operational. The paint blending on the door was not done correctly and has spots and needs to be corrected. there are scratches on top of the door from work being done.
