up until the original pickup date I was recommending Carstar because of the communication I had received, but the quality of the work and the condition of the vehicle is unacceptable. I am still trying to get items fixed and I currently do not truct Carstar. I do not think you are capable of fixing the truck without causing additional damage.

some items were not fixed or fixed to my satisfaction. There were multiple scratches and door dings that were not present when I dropped off the truck. The truck tires were caked with mud. The interior had ground in body putty dust in the carpets. The truck bed had trash, metal pieces and rust pieces present.

I was very happy with the communication from carstar throughout the process up until two days before pickup. I am unhappy with the customer service I have received since my original pickup date.

My car is not repaired to my expextations. There is a whistling wind noise when I drive coming through the car. The running board lights don't work. The doors are not aligned correctly.
