I will recommend my insurance company to never use your body shop. You messed up on my GMC diesel and it had to be sent to the dealership

Basically flawless except for two minor things: 1. The primary reason for the visit was an insurance claim (the rear of our car was hit in a parking lot). That work was done flawlessly. But since we were there, when we dropped the car off we asked for a quote about two very minor, unrelated dents in the driver's side door. We never got the quote and kind of assumed they were just "fixed" as part of the other work because they were so minor. But upon picking up the car, we realized those had not been done. Would have been nice to have had that work done as well. 2. The timeline was much faster than anticipated. Overall that's great (and we. understand it can be hard to estimate when it's not clear if parts are needed and/or when those parts will arrive), but anything to get a more realistic estimate about when the car would be ready would be better (particularly since the shop was close to an hour from our home).

There is a place on the right back bumper that is still scratched but not your fault. The serviceman tried to reach out to insurance but they didn’t reply. Otherwise the repair looks Great! Receptionist is fantastic!!
