I appreciated the text updates about my car during the repairs. My car was clean inside and out when I got it back. All the repairs were explained to me, as was the warranty. Everyone I met there friendly and courteous.

Everything about my experience with CarStar was top notch. Scheduling, friendliness, the reception as I went into their business, the updates as my car was moving through the repair process and ease in scheduling my pick up upon completion. The only thing that surprised me was that noone walked out to my car with me to talk over the repairs and see that I was satisfied or if I had any questions. A bonus was that my car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!;)

The staff was professional and personable. The work performed was high quality and timely. Their communication with me and my insurance company was excellent. The price was right. I highly recommend Jungermann Carstar for anyone needing auto bodybody repair work.
