Thanks for the repairs, friendly & prompt customer service! Even though I brought in a hot mess, you couldn't work on, you still helped me out with a 1st opinion on an unrelated issue and quickly rescheduled to get the originally planned work done. Couldn't ask for more!

4 is generous...i had to wait a month, just to get in and when I showed up to my scheduled appointment date they had apparently called me five minutes earlier while I was driving to let me know that they couldn't even see me for another two weeks. Once I finally got to drop my vehicle off, they hit me up. A week or so later, they tell me that I had damage to grills on both sides, which I didn't know about. That was all ok i had them order the parts and said I would pay the difference. I was told I would not have to pay labor since they already had to take the parts off and that it would not delay my car being finished on the fifteenth. My car was delayed and was not finished until the 22th. They have my car over a week.Longer and didn't give me a reason why. They didn't even walk me around my car. When I arrived or offer to show me the parts they claimed were damaged. They also did not tell me why it would take a week longer when they already delayed it to have it fixed. Not interest at all.We'll never use again.

Theresa and Susan were fantastic. If I misspelled her name, I apologize. Their humanity, decency, and caring were non stop. I would recommend CARSTAR on Jungerman to anyone. Also Cici, the customer service dog, was such a unique surprise. A place with a customer service dog is truly wonderful. I loved my experience and Cici just made it all the better. ❤️
