The entire process was smooth and seamless, from our first meeting with the estimator, Sarah, to picking the car up at completion, and Toni explaining the repairs to us. The car was finished in the timeframe promised and your team communicated every step that was taking place along the way via text messages. Theresa was always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We would definitely recommend CarStar Jungerman and will certainly be back to work with them on any future repair needs.

What I can say about Carstar is that they keep you updated on everything that is happening to your car, if you have any obligations which keep you away from getting your car fixed,, they will work around your problems,, a still keep you updated, they will work with you and help you with your problems and not there’s, and your car will still get fixed,, IE , we were stuck out of state due to weather , Carstar still kept us informed,, you tell them your schedule, they will try to meet it, what more can you ask for !! My wife’s Cadillac Escalade looks great !
