Extremely disatisfied with the quality of the repair and the lack of responsibility for causing additional damage.

After having the car in the shop two times and there is still hail damage. There is also additional damage on the left rear bumper that was not there when I dropped it off at the shop, but the shop takes no responsibility for the damage.

The shop called on the day I was supposed to pick up my car and said it wasn't ready. My son picked up the car the following day and it still had hail damage on the top, passenger side.

Repairs were done quickly and the quality of the repair was top notch. The customer service was excellent and the constant texts I've received with repair updates let me know exactly what stage my car was in. I will definitely do business with Carstar Jungerman again.
