They missed two quarter size hail dents so I had to leave my car there overnight again

Vehicle looks great but unhappy that the inside of my vehicle is a disaster and very dusty and several scrap parts were left in the backseat and bed of the truck. I understand there was a lot of work on the exterior of my truck, but I feel as if they could have spent an extra 20 minutes wiping down the interior and cleaning up after themselves.

I'm still upset that the interior of my vehicle looked like a construction site when I get it back. There was a large quantity of dust and numerous small screws and scrap metal pieces. For having paid $7000, this interior of my vehicle should have been wiped down

Everyone I talked to was friendly and made me feel like they truly cared about me and my vehicle being fixed. I was getting ready to go out of town a few days after my car was hit and was concerned with the timing of everything. My mind was quickly put at ease and everything was handled without me having to do much. My car looks great and was even done 2 days earlier than what was promised! I will definitely recommend Jungerman CarStar to friends and family. Thank you for making this experience as good as it could be!
