Your service level from start to finish was excellent. Two things that could lead to an even better experience. 1. Remove "shop" odor from car interior. Not particularly bad to me, but some customers might prefer new car smell to body shop smell. 2. As an example, there was a small paint chip on the hood of my car right next to a part you repaired. I would say if you fixed a small "ding" for a customer (and let them know of course) their satisfaction would be even greater. The cookies are great, thank you.

The staff lady at front desk was very nice and helpful, I had my 11 month old and car seat and she went above and beyond. I was informed of what to expect from beginning to end and received text messages regarding my vehicle progress. Awesome experience!
