Carstar rejected my car when it was towed there, even though All State gave the green light. Because of that, my car ended up in a towing shop far away from my house for 2 days. This wasted time and gave me a lot of unnecessary stress. Carstar apologized but it would have been nice if they would’ve given me something for the trouble like a discount. They did nothing!
