The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Staff was great, even the dog was cute. I really appreciated the constant updates to let me know where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend Carstar to friends and family.

Loved the consistent updates so I was aware of the status of my vehicle. Would’ve liked it if potential finish date was included in the status updates but I did call and get a rough idea so that’s still fine. The ladies in the office were friendly and fun, which made the overall experience enjoyable.
