The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Staff was great, even the dog was cute. I really appreciated the constant updates to let me know where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend Carstar to friends and family.

From start to finish, the ladies at the front were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind every step of the way. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair process, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. That kind of proactive communication is rare and so appreciated. The whole experience felt effortless, and my car looks fantastic. Five stars doesn't feel like enough — this team truly goes above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Loved the consistent updates so I was aware of the status of my vehicle. Would’ve liked it if potential finish date was included in the status updates but I did call and get a rough idea so that’s still fine. The ladies in the office were friendly and fun, which made the overall experience enjoyable.

As always, Carcraft Carstar Jungermann has done a excellent job with our Subaru Crosstrek. The body, work, paint job and overall fantastic job is their normal. The text messages sent to me to keep me updated on the progress of the repair of the SUV are a nicetouch. The best thing about this office however is the ladies who answer your questions when you call especially "Sarah" who always takes the time to answer my questions or concerns.
