Paul was excellent about keeping my husband and I posted about the process of repairing our car. The work they did looked great, body and paint finish looks very good. I was disappointed that they painted over a pretty noticeable ding on the rear of the front fender that had been repaired. They also painted over a ding on the rear door. I wish they would have at least asked me if I wanted them removed before those areas were repainted.

They went out of their way, and provided a loaner vehicle as the repair took longer than my Insurance would cover for a rental car. That was very much appreciated.

Returning to KarKare on 7/17/26 for them to inspect the tailgate since it does not close without binding. Could be that the torsion bar in the split design of this tailgate needs adjustment.
