It took way too long to diagnose a window problem that was caused by your team when window motors were put in the wrong doors. The repairs were done very well. There was no offer of a discount on my copay because of a problem your team created which would have been nice after all the stress we went through wondering if we would ever get our car back again.

They truly care about their costumers and don’t let you ever leave unsatisfied. From the front desk secretary to the mechanics absolutely amazing people. I wouldn’t trust anyone else more than CARSTAR with my vehicle. Thank you team!!!

The work on my car was great was done correctly. Keri and Chris were fantastic. However you had employees sync their phones to my car, ransacked my glove compartment ruin items in there and then melt part of my steering wheel and driver door!!!!! And I’m on my 3rd time bringing my car to pass inspection!
