Can’t speak on this, as this was a warrantee claim for us, which was clearly handled differently than a walk in, accident, or insurance claim.

Some parts on the invoice that were listed as “replaced” were in fact not replaced, including the badging that was “installed“ yet, is not on the vehicle, nor do we have the option package to begin with. Overall, not very satisfied with what I was told was going to be done, and what the invoice reads, v.s. What was actually done. I was in auto body for 12 years and this was sub par. Almost $10k in repairs on paper, yet, doesn’t match the work performed.
