Everyone was very kind and easy to work with, but the work on my car took almost a month when they originally said it would be approximately a week maybe a little longer. I understand that things come up as they worked on my car, but no communication was ever given to me. I had to call twice to receive any updates on what was going on with my car, how the repairs were going and what the timeline was looking like

They did really great work they just have to keep the client better informed as to what was going on with their vehicle.

I felt as if I were doing all the foot work they were little to no help. After taking the initial information I didn't hear from them and I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. Communications is the key and I felt communications was lacking
