I really appreciated the work that carstar kollision did to my vehicle. I especially appreciate the follow up work that was done after the vehicle was handed over to me and other issues were discovered. They coordinated follow up repairs and ensured the vehicle was fully repaired. Luis was especially helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

The vehicle was supposedly ready two times , and when I went to check it, there was still things wrong. The final delivery wasn't to my satisfaction. Vehicle was buffed out and not cleaned properly before it was delivered to me. There was still paint imperfection after trying to be taken out. I my opinion, more attention to detail needs to be taken at final delivery. You were supposed to be a excellent repair shop, but after this experience, I will think twice before doing business again with this establishment unless I am contacted by phone to discuss this matter. Thank you for your attention.
