Someone hit my car and I brought my car into kreations! You guys 10 out of 10 rocked the house with customer service kindness, and the repairs on my car incredible. My windshield wiper is kind of funky now but I think I can easily fix that you guys did amazing

As a self-pay customer who got an estimate and scheduled an appointment wholly online, I was disappointed that when I showed up for my appointment, the part hadn't yet been ordered. I understand that this is a flaw in the portal system, but that's a pretty big flaw! Either it should tell me that I need to call someone, or it should share enough info that they can call me. Having said that, Jesse was great to work with, and did everything he could to make it right. I'd definitely work with them again. I just wouldn't just the carstar portal.

He made the entire process easy, kept everything moving, and got us in and out of the shop in no time. It’s rare to find a car shop that’s this efficient and this dependable.
