there was confusion early on in the process. the insurance didn't know who Kreations was, they only knew CarStar. I didn't know who CarStar was only Kreations. the insurance had the address in Rio Dell not Fortuna, where the car was to go. Staff person at the shop felt that it wasn't a big deal. She stated that no one had ever been confused by the duplication of names. The insurance company was confused. I think there should be one name, not two. I'm looking at the logo below, CarStar is not there, just Kreations.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at your body shop, and I wanted to share my experience. The front office staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were extremely organized and efficient in coordinating parts, handling communication with my insurance company, and arranging my rental car. The body work was fabulous and the office worked with us about the issue with insurance which was frustrating but really the fault of Integon National which is a crummy company to work with. Everyone was kind and helpful and the car looks brand new! Only suggestion is that there be more transparency if there have been issues with a paying insurance company, because in that case the car repairs should be paid for in advance so there isn’t any hold up in getting your vehicle back when finished and when it was said to be returned. Grateful for the way the ladies in the off Worked with me about this issue.
