I can’t say enough wonderful things about this auto body shop. After hitting a deer just before Thanksgiving, my kids and I were suddenly without transportation, and it was such an overwhelming situation. They immediately stepped in and provided a loaner car, which was a huge relief and took so much stress off our family. I was amazed when they called to let me know my car was ready before Christmas — truly something I didn’t think was possible. The work was done beautifully, but what made the experience exceptional was the kindness shown every step of the way. The woman in the office was incredibly thoughtful and patient, always answering my questions and making me feel supported whenever I reached out. This shop didn’t just repair my car — they showed genuine care for my family during a really difficult time. I am so grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

My driver side head light is out and my front emblem is gold. I have black Chevrolet emblems in that SUV. Also the front visor is broken and will not stay in place. And you changed the console in my roof. We had a glasses space there now there is none. Small things but thing a that need to be fixed. I regularly head up to Eureka once a month. My next time up that at will be n January. I would like for the front light to be fixed and the emblem to be replaced. Please Contact me at your earliest convenience. I'm very happy with how fast everything was taken care of. I'm just worried the drying of the paint under the liner might have been slightly compromised. I'm not sure, but there are a few tiny are pockets under the liner by the wheel well. I keep trying to forget about it but it could create a problem down the road. I'm not sure if it's something I should worry about.
