Everyone did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of my car. Especially Christina and Jim working with my insurance. When I got my car back I almost didn’t recognize it it looked like brand new. Great Job !!

This is not the first time I have had car repairs done at this facility. I returned because I was so pleased with the first experience and they again proved that I made the right choice. The car looks brand new. Everyone there is so nice. I think it’s a cute touch that they provide popcorn and bottled water when you have to wait in their lobby.

From the beginning to the end I remain impressed. Cristina was very easy to talk with and do was Hey and Jacob. Hey even worked with me out of pocket to be able to keep my car! I would suggest under promising and over delivering when estimating when the car will be done vs the opposite. Also, communications were confusing between the text message we got re: when the car would be done and what we were told verbally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful though. Hue was great to work with and helped us out with dealing with the insurance company.

I had a really great experience with CARSTAR Lake Forest. The whole process was smooth from the beginning. Getting a quote was quick and easy, and they explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. What stood out the most was their communication. They kept me updated at every step, which made the whole experience stress-free. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. At one point, the job couldn’t be completed exactly as initially planned, but they were very transparent about it and gave me options to choose from instead of just deciding on their own. I really appreciated that level of honesty and customer care. Overall, a very professional and customer-focused team. I’d definitely recommend them.

We got our car back this afternoon (April 17, 2026). 10 days earlier than scheduled. My wife and I were very impressed with the workmanship in restoring the car back to its original state before the accident. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs body work to their cars.
