Problem with new windshield. Glass distorted. Has ripples in it that affect my view. Images distorted and lights really distorted at night. Waiting to hear when vendor can deliver new windshield.

I am very pleased with CARSTAR and James has been great to work with. Lucas Riddle left me the kindness note of encouragement in the console of my Hummer regarding my battle with Cancer. I will keep that note forever. There is a run in the paint that was applied on the rear of my Hummer that I was surprised to see, but it isn’t too noticeable. I will continue to use and recommend CARSTAR but next time I will ask if there is a guarantee to back up any paint runs either by partial refund or fixing the error. I don’t mean to sound unappreciative. Thanks for working on my Hummer!

Repair went as expected. I juts didn't receive direct communication about the progress of my vehicle, having to call in ask for updates and date of expected completion. When I picked it up, I expected your staff to go over things with me. There was no communication at all. It was just "Here's what you owe." "Here are you keys".
