The work was excellent and the people in the front were very helpful, especially the young man who waited on me when I came to pick up the car. I think the only area that needs work is the waiting time to get work done. I realize it's probably due to the number of cars you work on but it is frustrating.

Our car looks brand new - there is no way I would have ever known that it had any damage if I wasn't the one who dropped it off for repairs.

When I arrived, the staff were not aware of my reservation even though I had made it through their national registration line. That was deeply frustrating since insurance was involved, and I had scheduled a rental car to come pick me up at CarStar when I dropped it off. Thankfully, another CarStar staff person who happened to be in the office stepped in to help his colleague and it all worked out great. I especially appreciated the email & text updates I received about the status of my repair every step of the way.

They did a great job on the back driver end but actually missed some scrathches on the driver side where she scraped against me further. I told them when I picked it up hoping they wouldn't send me away again and they fixed it right there within 20 minutes. It looked great and I was on my way. They also finished several days early!! Very happy.
