I gave this the middle of the road review I would say when my experience started with Jen Smith 10 all the way when my experience wrapped up with Heather even less than 5. But to be fair I'll give a middle of the road I also don't think it's very smart to swap estimators and people that someone's dealing with in the middle of their dealings from my initial walk-in with Jen everything was great once she dropped out of the picture not so much.
