Thank you for the wonderful work you’ve done for me and my car. I don’t get off from work until 5:00pm. I really appreciate Taylor for working extra hard and longer to assure I was able to get my car on 9/16/2026. She didn’t have to do that. Gerber Collision & Glass has great customer satisfaction. I came to pick up my truck and was told by Taylor that I had to pay $2900 instead of my $200 deductible. After an hour on the phone with USAA it was determined I only had to pay $200. Very stressful. Needs training.
