The only issue was the communication between rental, car star and USAA. “Car is ready,” Then “car is almost ready.” Followed by no return text or call, Then “rental car needed to be returned” Then “usaa we can give you one day” All because of an “almost ready” text, when the car was ready.

Everyone was really kind and helpful. They made what was a very horrible incident so much easier to handle. Jen especially was very knowledgeable and understanding. Even when my battery was dead when I went to pick up the car they went above to help me.
