Your shop was the worst. I had several problems and you guys were not helpful. When came to pick up my car there was scratches on the car that were not there previously and you made the other persons insurance cover the damage when it happened at your shop. I will never come to your shop again or refer you to anyone I know. You are unprofessional.

All went well until vehicle pick up when it was apparent that headlights had been left on and the battery was drained (needed a jump to bring vehicle home). After an unsuccessful attempt to recharge the battery a new one was purchased. Up to that point all had proceeded just fine. Appreciated the updates on the progress of the process.

It was easy to get an estimate for the repair. Decide a date to drop of the vehicle for repair. It was also a wondeful price compared to the other repair shops. The repair time was two days and the results were excellent. CARSTAR was wondeful to work with.
