I recently was rear-ended, I took my vehicle to Carstar in Lexington, SC for repairs. If you are looking for high-quality professional work and outstanding customer service, Carstar has it all. From the very beginning, they took the stress off me and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, including any issues that came up along the way. Carstar truly stands beside their customers and works hard to ensure insurance companies approve new OEM parts instead of lower-quality reconditioned parts. Quality and safety are clearly a top priority for them. While there were times I needed to contact the insurance company regarding certain approvals, Carstar handled everything else professionally and efficiently. Everyone at Carstar from the front office staff to the painters, maintenance team, and every department involved — were top-rated professionals. They are good at what they do however they lock you in with a contract before even they can look at your car to get insurance business. They listen to insurance company not the customer, almost like conspiring against the customer interest with the insurance company. Stay away.
