The Carstar staff that we dealt with in Lexington were extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. My husband is extremely particular about how our car looks and he was a 100% satisfed with the body work performed at Carstar. We would highly recommend them for body work and we were extremely happy with everything including the time it took to repair our car, the great staff, the professionalism, the cleanliness of the office/building, and handling our insurance claim. Great experiance.

Excellent quality of work and the concern for me as the customer was outstanding. Chase provided good advice and they lived up to all of my expectations. I hope I never have a need to go back to a body shop but if I do, I will come back to Carstar. No doubt.
