This was my second time using Mistrata’s . From beginning to end everything was done that was promised in a timely fashion. They made things as easy as possible for me . Even Honda wasn’t sure how long it would take to get parts. I’m glad i thought of Mistrata’s again ( even tho it was a little out of my way from where I live now) . You made contacting my insurance and getting a rental and even dropping off my rental after my car was ready so easy. I am beyond pleased with the workmanship both times and would readily recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop with integrity and know how. Thank you.
