I highly recommend CARSTAR Mistrata's Collision. Carstar was a preferred shop with State Farm, so I took my car to Carstar to get an estimate. Customer service was EXCELLENT! Tony, the owner, took the time to explain the estimate and Pam, co-owner, was extremely knowledgable as well. I love that they are a local family owned business. The repairs were done quickly, even over the holidays. And get this: because, I lived somewhat near their commute to garage, they offered to pick up my car and even dropped it off when repair was completed. What a HUGE convenience. The repair looks brand new and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I now will be taking my other car in for a repair due to their reasonable pricing, outstanding customer service, and superior workmanship.

Car looks great! Lovely family running through business with a service attitude. Only thing I would recommend to improve the experience is to remind people to bring a check book because of the surcharge for credit cards
