Went to pickup my car they had to fix a part but overall my car looks wonderful and surprised me they cleaned the inside of it. And it was dirty. I would take my car back anytime. Thank you guys for fixing my car it looks amazing 🤩

The team at CS Mobility has been wonderful - specifically Julie! She was so helpful and went out of her way to make what could have been extra stressful for me, so much easier. Her communication was excellent - keeping me informed without me having to ask. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. My car looks amazing and everything was done in a timely manner (and actually finished ahead of schedule). I will definitely be recommending you guys to my family and friends. Thank you so much!

Julie was great to work with. She handled everything on her end including calling the insurance company for me and even getting more money to take care of all the damage. Great communication along the way. The car looks great. They even washed and vacuumed the car. If I could give them a score of 20 I would!! Thanks guys.

Five star service. I almost recommend crashing your vehicle, so they can repair it. After getting into a no fault accident, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the repair process. CARSTAR and their staff made everything incredibly easy, like hitting the Easy Button at the office supply store. I scheduled my appointment online and received a call at 8:00 AM the next morning when they opened to confirm the details and appointment time. When drop off day arrived, the process was simple: hand over the keys, walk around the vehicle to point out the damage and any concerns, and they took care of the rest. Throughout the repair, I received regular updates from the staff regarding progress and my estimated completion date. Their timeline was spot on. When I picked up the vehicle, they provided a detailed summary of all repairs performed, along with a lifetime warranty. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress free. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going.

This place has great customer service and they keep you up to date with where you car is in the process which I liked. The one part that was not a great experience for me is, I took my car in to get the hood and passenger light fixture fixed. The work was great except when I picked up my car the hood was raised up on the side that the work was done, I raised concern they took my car back fixed a part that was lifted but the entire hood was still not aligned with car. I told the employee again and he blamed it being a factory piece which In my experience it did not matter if the piece was factory or not. It was pretty disappointing because my hood was not lifted as it was before I brought my car in. I had already waited closer to an hour after I brought my car in which was again disappointing.

Communication was excellent once State Farm approved y'all as target provider. Immediate response, thorough and regular updates. Estimate was accurate after damage was assessed. Repair times matched expectations and estimates. There were a few less screws on the bumper afterwards, but when I pointed this out you immediately put the missing screws in.
