Don has strong beliefs that a successful company is built on Quality, Integrity, and Excellent Customer Service. Don also believes that having the owner on site and working in the business gives him the advantage over the "Big Box" national chain repair facilities. Our employees are trained and expected to provide our customers with status updates of the repair via text and email through out the repair process. Exterior repair is done perfectly fine but the time when I gave my car for repair there was a engine light on my display and other lights as well they told me they will fix everything my car was rear ended by other car the repair was paid by insurance they told me the lights I am seeing is because of sensor issues I said ok they will fix it I pick up the car after 10 or 12 days it look good but in less then 48 hours my engine light is on so I am not satisfied at all

Marco and his team did an amazing job on our car repairs from the initial review to the polished and cleaned final product. He kept us well informed throughout the repair process and kept the insurance claim portal and rental car agency also up to date with delays and progress. He gave us a detail of what needed to be fixed, timing and parts access. He was very helpful with explanations and details. The techs did a great job, too. Much appreciated.
