A1 Auto's CARSTAR was founded by Don Ward in June 2005 with having 25+ years experience in Collision Repair Management. Don has strong beliefs that a successful company is built on Quality, Integrity, and Excellent Customer Service. Don also believes that having the owner on site and working in the business gives him the advantage over the "Big Box" national chain repair facilities. Our employees are trained and expected to provide our customers with status updates of the repair via text and email through out the repair process. Our Mission Statement includes a quote from Winston Churchill: "We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we GIVE."
