I’m a working professional, so I knew it would be difficult for me to pick up my car by 6pm. When I shared my concerns with Julie, she immediately reassured me that she understood my situation. She gladly waited 20 minutes after closing time for me to arrive and she even called to follow up to make everything was ok. Having to wait for a customer after working all day is not something I would ever take for granted. I appreciated the extra time and effort Julie made in providing excellent customer service.

Not only did they do a great job on the repairs. Everyone that I spoke to was very responsive and helpful. I liked getting the text message updates on the status of my car, but in addition to that I received phone calls from Julie on a regular basis to let me know the status of my vehicle. She was also extremely helpful in navigating the insurance claim and the rental car situation. I would highly recommend CS mobility to anyone looking for vehicle repairs.
