Took almost a month to get my car just a bumper damage first time I came to pick it up the paint was peeling off ,scratches every where they told me it's normal I totally decline my car they told me a oem bumper will fix it sure enough came back again same situation scratches unpainted spots on the bumper decline it again told me they going to fix it back and forward came 2 times more showing exactly where the damage is did nothing until I whent up to the manager and told him that and it got fix 100% don't recommend this place

They had my car for 3 weeks though it was only in the last 4-5 days that the work was done. Since receiving my car back, a piece of trim to an adjacent door has fallen off. I believe it is a result of the work done at the shop. Also, with a day of getting it back I had problems with the battery, not sure why but replaced it as I was going out of town. I won't use this shop again.

Window replacement was fine. Claimed they removed driver seat to help get all the glass out, but there was still glass under the seat and beside the seatbelt buckle. New rip in seat during repairs. Leather seat no longer feels like leather after the repairs; very rubbery and grabs onto your skin and clothes unlike the original leather. Not sure what was used to repair the seat but it’s crap.

Assistant general manager was nice. Rest of staff could use some improvement. Would have to call multiple times a day for update as they rarely called you back with an update like they said they would.
