I'm disappointed to have not been informed about the windshield not being repaired. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up, and I picked it up with the same broken windshield. I was also not informed why the tapes were on the shark fin antenna on the car. Did you break it accidentally? I can see the leaked dry glue on it.

The right side door handle fell a part when opening at the market called immediately went back fixed in 5 minutes

They fixed the issue with my car but they made another issue and didn’t acknowledge it as their fault. I had to end up going to the dealership to get it fixed. Just ended up costing me more time and money. Won’t come back or recommend this place anymore.

Attempted to take my truck home twice after being told it was donw to only see it was CLEARLY not put togetjer correctly. On the 2nd time, instead of fixing it, they offerred to get approval for a refund of my deductible. I havent heard back and my bumper is still cockeyed. Office has great customer service but the REPAIRMAN SUCK. Lastly my truck wreaks like smoke now and i cant get rid of it. Their body shop must be a cigar shop too.
